After you’ve completed your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your order is picked up by our delivery partner, we’ll send you another email with your tracking number. You’ll also get a text message and/or email when your order is on its way.

Whether you can cancel or reschedule your order depends on its shipping status. If your order is already on the way, changes might not be possible and could involve a $20 fee to cover handling and delivery efforts. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, feel free to contact us — we’ll gladly assist you with cancellation or arranging a new delivery time.

If you selected gift wrapping at checkout, we’ll automatically exclude any pricing details from the package. If you're sending a gift but didn’t choose the gift wrap option, just leave us a note in the comment box—we’ll make sure to leave out the price.

In the United States, you must be at least 21 years old to place an order and receive deliveries that include alcohol. Anyone under 21 won’t be allowed to sign for the package—even if they aren't the recipient—so please ensure an adult is available at the time of delivery.

Whenever possible, we’ll do our best to deliver your liquor chilled. However, in certain situations—like limited access to refrigeration—this may not be feasible. If you're ordering for a special event, feel free to contact us or leave specific instructions in the comment box during checkout.
