Tradition Meets Innovation in Every Sip
Crafted in the highlands of Jalisco at NOM 1605, Cambio Blanco Tequila redefines the category with a modern twist. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave and using traditional tahona milling, it’s fermented with wine yeast in oak and pine vats, then gently rested in French oak barrels—an uncommon step for a blanco. This process results in a fresh, earthy tequila with unexpected complexity and smooth, layered character.
