Catedral’s Madre Cuishe is a small-batch, artisanal mezcal made from 100% wild Madre Cuishe agave. Crafted in Oaxaca by Maestro Mezcalero Carlos, a sixth-generation mezcal maker, this spirit honors traditional methods and the unique terroir of the region.
Roasted in earthen pits, tahona-milled, naturally fermented, and double-distilled in copper pot stills, this mezcal delivers a bold yet refined sipping experience.
